Late payments are subject to interest at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. 12. Termination

The prevailing party in any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.

Bamboo Fight shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms arising out of or caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government orders, epidemics, pandemics, labor disputes, power failures, Internet service disruptions, or failures of third-party service providers.
15. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be modified and interpreted so as to best accomplish the objectives of the original provision to the fullest extent permitted by law. The failure of Bamboo Fight to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
